I'm a UX design consultant, researcher & trainer passionate about creative problem-solving and creating outstanding human-centered experiences guided by research and business needs. Specializing in accessibility and inclusive design, I am certified by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP-CPACC).

With a background in education and learning experience design, I love coaching and sharing my knowledge. Having nearly a decade of teaching experience, I excel at tailoring trainings to meet the unique needs of participants and inspiring them to reach their full potential. As a polyglot, I thrive in international, multilingual environments and I’m comfortable working in English, Dutch, French, German, and Portuguese.

I'm a strategic thinker who looks at the whole customer journey instead of a focusing on single screens. My love for researching and analyzing user behavior can be directly traced back to my academic background in Social Sciences and Humanities. Understanding the implications of my design decisions, and assuring that every aesthetic choice makes functional sense in the greater story of the final product, fills me with a great feeling of satisfaction.
