Working for one of Hays’ clients - a nationwide award-winning green electricity and gas provider and the largest e-mobility provider in Germany.
I played a key role in the frontend implementation of a new corporate design, revitalising the company's website and customer portal. I revamped client’s website and customer portal, enhancing user satisfaction and accessibility. In collaboration with cross-functional team, we executed a seamless development strategy that boosted the user interface and experience, as evidenced by a substantial increase in customer satisfaction according to newly implemented feedback mechanisms.
Post-relaunch, I work within the customer portal area, focusing on the development of new features and the optimisation of existing React.js applications within a monorepo setup. My active engagement in CI/CD processes, agile methodologies, and rigorous code review practices contributed substantially to the project's success and the client's online presence.
