- Analysis of recruitment / sales processes and of the internal CRM Tool "Staff Expert"
- Definition of objectives and goals - KPIs, SMART (Specific-Measurable-Achievable-Reasonable-
Time Bound)
- Change Process ( ADKAR - Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement)
- Conflict Management
- Optimization of recruiting process in cooperation with the management board
- Optimization of search functions of Staff Expert in cooperation with Staff Expert´s internal developers
(C#, .Net Framework)
- Coaching all employees (including CEO) on how to use external databases and social networks
as a recruiting tool (LinkedIn, Xing, freelancermap, freelance)
- Establishing a new department in Bonn as Director
- Planning and building-up a new recruitment team (4 employees)
Recruitment and Sales:
- Recruiting freelancing IT specialist in every IT related field (360°) - Mainly SAP
- Key Account Management for new customers (cold calls), and building new and optimized relations
to already existing customers by providing full circle services
Most important achievements (until now):
- Sales increase 800.000€ in the first year, 1.700.000€ in the second year, 2.500.000€ in the third year
(personal growth in sales)
- Building, leading and coaching the team to success ( team sales increase )
- Successful optimization of the recruiting process resulting in time saving, optimized reaction time,
matching and corporate design

bottom in some areas and the recruiting team had to be given new guidance in order to enjoy their
work again.
* We have renewed and stabilized the most important customer relationships within two years and
have been able to acquire new customers.
* The on-site team was transformed into a functioning unit through my guidance and meaningfully
expanded with the hiring of additional employees.
* Three new key accounts were developed, each with at least 20 active placements .
* Another goal was to coach the team so that the achievement of the predefined KPIs became
realistic. At the end of the period, every employee met his or her targets.
