- Ensure the requirements of the QM-system are aligned with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 at the Ludwigshafen site and guided by the Global Director EHS & AMS.
- Support the Global Director EHS & AMS in planning and implementation of the Q-policy of the company.
- Support the Global Director EHS & AMS in the coordination of the implementation and progression of QM-documents (“Vorgabe-/Nachweisdokumente”) and ensure it at the Ludwigshafen site.
- Establish the internal Auditor training plan and organize regular trainings in Ludwigshafen (in alignment with Almatis global requirements).
- Organize external and internal audits in close cooperation with Global Director EHS & AMS.
- Together with the CI Engineer organize and lead the quarterly Ludwigshafen Management Team meetings in order to initialize and maintain the process management and continuous improvement process including risk and opportunity evaluation/management.
- Documentation of QM-Activities, target setting and implementation.
- Establish key performance indicators and a structured approach how to report the performance of the QM-System to the management. Consultation of the management regarding Quality management.
- Support of the management with the management review. Continue establishing a more suitable approach here directly involving the stake holders as started by Alexandra.
- Act as “translator” of norm requirements into practical usage in the organization (Operational link between Management and “shop floor”) – with support from the CI Engineer.
- Support the development of process culture in Almatis. Monitoring of the processes in the company.
