Currently, I am the PMO manager for a large enterprise in the financial sector, working in an international environment. The IT domain that we are responsible for manages 6 programs and RTB services comprising around 120 projects with a total IT demand of 33 mio. EUR. The client is Germany's largest private bank with roughly 90.000 employees on a global scale and a balance sheet of 1,6 bio. EUR.
My duties include responsibilities for projects from the "classic world" (run-the-bank) as well as the domain's engagement with large change-the-bank programs. All these projects are part of the bank's retail business but also include providing efforts with Finance, Transaction Banking, Risk, HR, etc.
I have been in this role since November 2012 and have been in similar roles for the past 11 years. I am very much interested in a new project opportunity and would be happy to explain this further in personal conversation.
