Challenge:
Develop a modern CRM from scratch, replacing an outdated system for over 2,000 employees across multiple departments and regions. The new tool had to fit seamlessly into the bank’s existing application landscape and significantly improve productivity and user satisfaction.

Approach:
  • Conducted user interviews and field obser-vations to understand workflow pain points.
  • Created clickable prototypes to gather feedback from eight scrum teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders.
  • Served as a communication bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring a shared vision and coherent design direction.

For a large insurance broker based in the UK and Ireland, we designed a white label web portal. The goal for the client was to have a portal at hand which can be easily customised for their clients to offer various insurance benefits to their employees. In a first iteration the client was working directly with a development agency without a designer. After a couple unsuccessful iterations they approached us.
