Product Manager & Tech Lead | Expert in Mobile, Virtual Reality, and web3 Solutions

With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, I have specialized in leading the complete product lifecycle of innovative software products. Having worked as a software engineer, product manager, CTO, and founder in the Berlin startup scene, I always approach every software project from the perspective of entrepreneurial action. Products without return on investment and genuine added value are not a sensible investment in my view.

I fully endorse the Lean Startup approach and Pretotyping when it comes to product development. My aim is to validate ideas cost-effectively by spending as little time as possible developing products that do not meet customer needs or are economically unviable.

In software development, I consistently embrace agile project management. For me, top-notch products result from continuous customer feedback and ongoing learning. To successfully implement this approach in technical development and respond flexibly to changing requirements, I consider both a solid process structure and appropriate technology essential. Therefore, I place special emphasis on clean code, clear architecture, adherence to SOLID principles, test-driven development, and CI/CD in every project.

In addition to leading digital products, I still have the heart of a developer, eager to understand technologies in their entirety. This hands-on approach is my source of inspiration, helping me explore technical boundaries and make better technical decisions.

My technical skills include:

• Mobile Apps: Flutter is my preferred choice for mobile app development. I see this technology as an ideal solution for creating a unified and unique brand experience across different platforms. With just one codebase, outstanding performance, and a great community, Flutter enables rapid implementation of innovative ideas. In addition to pure development with Dart & Flutter, I have extensive knowledge in plugin development with Kotlin and Swift to enhance Flutter with native functionality.
• Web Apps: In the frontend, I rely on Node.js, React, and TypeScript to create performant and appealing user interfaces. In the backend, I am a big fan of Asp.Net for developing robust and scalable server solutions.
• VR/AR: Over the past 10 years, my main focus has been on the development of XR applications. I have extensive experience in developing and optimizing XR applications with Unity for various platforms, from high-end systems to standalone headsets with restrictive requirements. For me, XR is not a means to further detach ourselves from reality but a way to visualize and experience complex concepts.
• Web3: I see blockchain as a key technology to restore trust on the internet and as a means for users to regain control over their data. My tech stack here includes Ethereum, Solidity, Ethers.js, and Hardhat.
