      • Analysis of the common baseline for all involved key players in order to complete the requirements management prerequisites.
      • Develop new transformation strategy together with regional CIOs and streamleads
      • Setting up Governance Model for the Delivery Units involved (3^rd parties -> globally)
      • Overseeing the global SD-WAN rollout after redesign and restart of the initial approach
      • Designing and Implementing new SOW, SOP, WI and CR processes

Additional Information:       The “Data Center Reorganization, Infrastructure Refresh and Cloud Consolidation” Project has been launched as a prerequisite for a anticipated larger reorganization programme of one leading business entity.

 

Duties:                                        Analysis of existing Hybrid application and infrastructure landscape in the global organization in regard to provide a comprehensive effort planning for the separation of services

 

• • • • Create CMO inventory and validate information with business process owners
      • Analysis of the common baseline for all involved key players in order to complete the requirements management prerequisites.
      • Create Migration Scenario Plans based on the assumptions currently available
      • Service Integration concept for the harmonization of the tool landscape including definition of the demarcation line and defining new resolver group structure
      • Defining/Adapting operation baseline for ITSM Management and Tech-Teams.
      • Setting up Governance Model for the Delivery Units involved (3^rd parties -> globally)

Data Center Build and Readiness Support for EU and NA DCs

Duties:                                        Technical inventory of existing “Non-SAP” Applications in operation, 
Strategic planning and design of FMO BI Infrastructure

 

• • • • Identify all CMO Non-SAP Applications in Europe and North America, incl. Documentation of current status.
      • Requirements Analysis for FMO infrastructure baseline, including build requests and design proposals
      • Push manager for new provider team, KHT to PMs and Architects, SPoC for internal Henkel IT and external Providers
      • High Level Architecture for the FMO Data Center and Cross Function Services, including external teams
      • Defining Governance Structure and Documentation baseline for T&T Management and Tech-Teams.
      • Setting up Governance Model for the Delivery Units in Poland
      • Setting up the T&T Team for the FMO North American Data Centers
      • Fully responsible for Henkel NA Transition and Transformation
