I’m a Mechanical Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) with an MBA in Digital Business and more than 20 years of experience leading technical projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. As founder of RKG Engineering, I help industrial clients transform drying processes, manage complexity, and embrace technological change.

In late 2023, I completed my MBA with a thesis titled:
“Disruptive Innovations in Business: The Impact of AI Large Language Models (LLM) on Business Models and Strategies”
Based on expert interviews and qualitative analysis, this research examined how LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) disrupt value creation, reshape customer relationships, and challenge the strategic foundations of traditional companies. It offers recommendations for AI integration, including:

In June 2025, I earned the MMAI® (Master Management with AI) certificate from academy4.ai and SGO Business School, combining practical frameworks with hands-on AI tool experience (e.g., prompt engineering, productivity automation).
