Responsible for the structured delivery of multiple internal AI-based microservices to support business functions and internal communication. Initial examples include:
- Quarterly Report Translator: AI service for the automated translation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports.
- Internal Communication Agent: AI-powered assistant leveraging all official corporate communication documents (e.g. intranet posts, newsletters, guidelines) to support internal information access.
Further AI use cases are continuously added and follow a standardized implementation process:
- Requirements Gathering & Use Case Scoping: Collection and evaluation of business needs from internal stakeholders.
- Presentation & Prioritization: Introduction of demands for prioritization and project approval.
- Project Initiation & Development Planning: Integration into agile development processes, sprint planning and coordination with internal development teams.
- Alpha Release & Hypercare: Early-stage deployment to pilot users with active issue tracking and support phase.
- Roll-Out & Handover to Operations: Preparation of handover packages including documentation, ticketing integration, operational readiness and alignment with security teams.
- Regulatory Assessment: Ongoing assessment of compliance with internal governance, data privacy regulations, and the upcoming EU AI Act.
These initiatives aim to foster scalable and compliant AI innovation across the enterprise while delivering tangible business value.
Implementation of two AI-driven chatbot services:
- An internal developed chatbot leveraging ChatGPT technology for enterprise-wide use
- Defined and prioritized chatbot topics based on business needs and user demand
- Designed a structured three-phase rollout plan:
- Phase 1: Internal IT beta testing
- Phase 2: Alpha testing with the AI Community
- Phase 3: Full Go-Live rollout to all employees
- Set up a dedicated communication space ("communication room") to support each rollout phase with announcements, feedback, and updates
- Microsoft 365 Copilot for selected business use cases during the pilot phase
- Initiated and facilitated the M365 Copilot testing phase, including license provisioning and usage tracking
- Designed and implemented an ordering process for M365 Copilot licenses
- Developed a mechanism to identify and revoke unused licenses based on user activity data
- Introduced a monthly cost allocation model to charge license costs to the corresponding business units
- Established an internal AI Community to support adoption of both chatbot services and foster knowledge exchange
- Organized and delivered webinars, training sessions, and interactive FAQ formats to enable user onboarding
