WABCO supplies Climate Control Units to the leading bus OEMs in the world. As Technical Project Manager I led the project team in an update Project for the product HVAC-NG. Besides several CRs adding some functionality to the device we had to change the housing. A different front panel was connected using a different and new communication module.

Valeo Peiker is part of the Valeo Driver Assistance Systems Business Group. On the site in Friedrichsdorf near Frankfurt Valeo Peiker Telematics are developed and produced. I was involved in the setup of a Telematics Control Unit demo board including the planning for
external suppliers for hardware and software development.

Autoliv develops and produces radar systems for cars. I was an interim project manager for a project for Daimler. I was responsible for the rollout of a radar system in three variants to about 45 different types of Mercedes and AMG cars, while the system was still under development. One of my tasks was the preparation of the offer for the rollout including requirements discussions with Daimler, effort estimation, preparation of testing and risk management. In parallel, the first steps of the rollout were executed including a weekly report at Daimler in Sindelfingen.
