My name is Mrs. Rotraud Husnik and I would like to introduce myself as an independent consultant who successfully supports many companies in change management processes, employee training projects (blended learning approach, AI), and in entering the digital future in and outside Europe. 
My strengths lie not only in building up training departments, introducing new processes/tools/digital concepts but also in being a strong partner for didactic hurdles in the new digital age. For companies, the current corona situation requires a high degree of immediate implementation power. Employees have to deal with new technologies and digital management/communication methodologies without having heard of them beforehand. This requires very clear communication and a serving assertiveness. As a coach and manager, I bring a high level of motivational talent into enterprises, which ensures that existing potential is activated and new things are communicated in an acceptable and learnable way.
