- Implementation and configuration of Flash Bootloader, Bootmanager and Application BSW in order to enable the XCP flashing over CAN
· Create the ComStack architecture in order to integrate a non autosar CDD for a Batterypack monitor.

Project Name: LIDAR for BMW
* Implementation and configuration of diagnostic services and the required application
software components that provide the Diagnostic jobs with the necessary data (object
and obstacle detection, calibration parameters, sensor readings) according to BMW
requirements, respecting the MISRA rules and the ASIL B restrictions.
* Testing and debugging the implemented functionalities over Ethernet Stack, at a
module level and also at an integration level using the BMW specific tool FAT

Project Name: Battery Management System for A123Systems as Tier1 and BMW as
OEM
* Coordinate the BSW team of 5 people

* Analyze the tasks received from the client (A123Systems) and assign them to the BSW
team, plan and estimate each task according to the priority of the BMW releases,
using the Agile Scrum process methodology
* Moderate the team meetings and synchronization meetings with the
client(A123Systems)
* Support with technical solutions each topic that the BSW team is responsible for

* Configure Diagnostic and ComStack, import Symphony, integrate BAC components
and provide on these subjects, mentorship within the team
