Duration: From July - To get the work done from our colleagues in house. We did this
2012 to till end of
project 2016 complete project in house in MAGNA.
- Giving inputs for strak freeze.
- Co-ordinating with customer, suppliers and Plant.
- Worked with full efficiency for CAD delivery of all parts with short
span of time with good Quality.
- Interacting with clients and suppliers to delivery schedule of the
parts for tool launch as per project planning.
- Checking assembly and Manufacturing feasibility, final quality
analysis (DMU analysis) , packaging the parts by considering the
environment components.
- Assembly and single parts drawings for Daimler.
- Creation of BOM and ECR's.
- Engineering support for production activities.
- Data Management task

(Daimler)-IP - Worked on almost all parts of IP like Carriers, Leather parts,
Duration: From July Structural parts and Ducts.
2012 to till end of
project 2016 - Creating new concepts and implementing in final parts.
- To get the work done from external CAD supplier.
- Giving inputs for Serial Stark Freeze.
- Preparation and distribution of specification sheets to suppliers
during RFQ.
- Check for manufacturing and assembly feasibility of all parts.
- Defining the Locating and Fixation concepts.
- Successfull implemented the new airvent fixation concept to
reduce the quantity of parts.
- Co-ordinating with Customer, Suppliers, Product Team and Plant
to reach the timeline of project.
