Project Manager/ Sr. Solution Architect/ECM Area Practice Lead

1. Solution Architect and Practice leader for ECM Solutions for the following ECM products stack:
• KRIS EDRMS Products (Records Manager / Email Manager/ File Tracker).
2. Successfully managed and delivered the following Projects
• Integration with Partner’s Correspondence Management system project: The target of the project to extend the integration layer of the product to support different underlying contents repositories (mainly KRIS in addition to already supported IBM FileNET). (Co-worked with Partner’s offshore team located in India)
• NRAA’s compliance certification project (Oman’s National Records and Archives Authority Certification Program for EDRMS solution). The target of this project is to achieve compliance certification for SQLView’s records management solutions and offerings as per the Omani market standards (part of the strategy for targeting clients in GCC markets) (Co-worked with China development center)
3. Provide advanced Consultancy services in the Enterprise Content Management/Records Management Practices: ERM Standards and regulations /ECM and BPM requirements analysis/ building business cases for vertical industries (e.g. public sector/Regulators/Construction and Engineering)/responsible for executive-level demos and other technical presales activities.
4. Ensure successful projects delivery: by Applying agile/regular projects management disciplines

1. Project Manager throughout the course of project lifecycle
2. ECM implementations and Upgrades Projects technical Planning and Phasing.
3. Conducting successful Executive-level meetings/Demonstrations during different phases of
enterprise-level projects.
4. Provide advanced consultancy services for customer during ECM implementations
5. Manage Software Implementation teams and technical leads
6. Resource Allocation and budget Planning for ECM projects.
7. Understands business challenges and translates them into requirements/solutions.
8. Supervise & participate in all aspects of the development activities of the Enterprise Content
Management (ECM) solutions.
9. Provide Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) and work across business/technology teams to ensure
alignment between business solution definition and the solution architecture for the organization.
10. Design applications with focus on Content workflows, processes, and document management, which
runs on multiple platforms and be composed of multiple software packages.
11. Ensures the performance, availability and scalability of the applications and maintain the functional
interfaces to the application infrastructure.
