As part of the development of an innovative healthcare platform, I was responsible for the holistic process and organizational development across multiple independent units. Key focus areas included the analysis of existing value streams, the creation of a future-proof target plan, and the development of a detailed implementation and transformation strategy.

• Conducted a value stream analysis to capture processes and identify optimization potential
• Developed a project plan and an aligned transformation roadmap
• Established a flow (FL3 → FL2 → FL1) for cascading OKR planning in a three-month cadence
• Coached role holders to enable them in new processes and methods
• Harmonized collaboration between three independent organizational units based on newly defined processes
• Established a cross-organizational governance and communication structure

RTE for the ART DLCM within the Update & DLCM Solution. The goal of the solution is to document and formalize updates via a handbook and monitor them through a control center.
