6+ years of green field custom architecture, design and development experience
3+ years of product development experience

Concentrated focus in the area of ERP SCM especially developments related to Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Automotive (IS-Auto), AFS (FMS) and Retail (IS-Retail)
Familiar with ASAP software development methodology (Agile, SCRUM)
Very good analytical skills with an ability to handle complexity
Ability to pick up knowledge in new areas very fast
Creative and initiative problem-solving
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Experience in working with cross location and multi-cultural teams
