Lowell has been working with SAP implementations for fifteen years in different outsourcing and consulting projects in the Asia Pacific. As a technical consultant, he functions mainly as technical designer and developer. Much of his experience involves reviewing and clarifying business requirements, designing technical specifications, building, component testing and fixing program defects. He worked on five life cycle implementations, particularly on IS-U/CCS, FS-CD, SD, FI, MM, SCEM and HR modules. He is also experienced in leading a technical team of both junior and experienced consultants.
 
Within the last two years, Lowell has transitioned to take both technical and functional role in the area of Intercompany Data Exchange (IDE), Customer Self-Service (Biller Direct/UCES), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Print Workbench (Bill Print/Correspondences). He has gained experience in gathering and understanding critical business process and translating them to SAP functionality. His technical background in the Utilities has been helpful in documenting which requirement standard SAP can provide and which one requires customizing. This has also helped in communicating these requirements to the development team.
