Workstream Lead (WSL) with 5 main roles: (1) leading the workstream together
with Roche’s business and IT Workstream leads – ( 2) Stream Test Coordinator –
(3) E2E Coordinator – (4) SolMan Team support – (5) Scrum Master
As WSL for the Commercial stream leading an internaƟonal team of 80+
internal / external on-/offshore team-members, managing stream acƟviƟes
during Pilot Project phases Define – Design – Build & Test – Golive: definiƟon of
process scope incl. necessary WRICEFs, planning, organizing, moderaƟon of
process harmonizaƟon workshops with parƟcipants from 20 small, medium and
large affiliates, building the team from the beginning and integraƟng new team
members, supporƟng junior team-members to grow into new roles. Seƫng up
and organizing the team according to agile ways of working. DepuƟng the
internal WSL from business whenever necessary, e. g. being counterpart for
GAPCAS auditors.
