Working on the various complex IT implementations (tools&business processes) within European and Swiss telco industry, in both business and operations domains, for presales (RFP processes), E2E sales, finance, insurance and CRM/e Comerce solutions, on the requirements capturing/solution concept building and their implementation, I gathered the extensive experience in digital transformation processes, business processes modeling and optimization and IT solutions/tools implementation their integration in the complex IT structure, by performing the following activities:
Agile(SAFe) Business analysis/Requirement engineering/Product owning:
Permanent connection with the customers and stakeholders (business and user problems need for applications/processing identification and prioritization, communicating both business and technical on options, risks and costs versus benefits
Develop the whole product solution/Contributing to the Viaion&Roadmap through
Owning and managing the feature Backlog (Backlog grooming/Managing and prioritizing the Backlog,Guiding the story creation/making Ready and their acceptance)
Supporting the team in delivery value by Closely work with team to support downstream development,Writing/Validating the test and UAT scenarios to prove that the required functionalities are met and providing the end user functional support
Getting and applying the feedback /Facilitating implementation of the new processes/product functionalities through holding the training session and demos, developing the appropriate documentation
Agile(SAFe) Scrum mastering
Coach the team, PO and RTE on scrum process to maximize the value of development efforts
Facilitating scrum ceremonies
Ensuring a progress is tracked against plan and team is able to gauge their velocity
Removing impediments to progress
Ensuring team members get help when stuck
Ensuring effective flow information within PO, RTE and team members,Represent the team at ART level
Business Processes modeling
The related business processes analysis and processes modeling, redesign and improvement, by using the different methodology, to document the processes and procedures diagrams, information flow and system architecture
Automating and maintaining the digital business processes constantly recommending and initiating the solution implementation that will best support the company’s strategy, optimize utilization and maintain the customer satisfaction
Ensuring the high levels quality of the deliverables and positive users experience, producing and presenting the regular status updates on overall activities
Project/Agile project Management ( Feasibility opportunity,Foundation/HL requirements prioritization and delivery plan,Evolutionary development/Solution Deployment
Planning and manages the project progress (producing the status reports, tracking the actions, manage the progress meetings),
Managing the costs and project budgeting, monitor the milestones and critical dates to identify the potential jeopardy of schedule and identify/escalate and mitigate the issues and risk, ensuring the projects deliveries are fully integrated.

- Extensive experience in agile (SAFe) requirement engineering, analysis and implementation, using the agile tracking/documenting tools Jira and Confluence
- Very good (certificated) knowledge of the agile framework and principles and experience in agile team coaching
- Extensive knowledge of the project management methodologies (certified for agile and waterfall frameworks) and related project documentation structuring and maintenance and Product lifecycle management (Extensive experience with Atlassian PLM suite)
- Extensive experience with stakeholders and partner management
- Extensive experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML)
