In my role as a Senior Cloud Architect and DevOps Engineer, I successfully implemented AWS Cognito with OIDC authentication, specifically designed to secure our internal microservices. This critical initiative enhanced the security and scalability of our authentication processes, ensuring robust access control and seamless integration across our service architecture.
I also took charge of the creation and optimization of AWS RDS instances. My focus was on fine-tuning performance, ensuring high availability, and cost-efficiency, thereby significantly boosting our database management capabilities and operational efficiency.
A significant part of my role involved developing Terraform code. I crafted and maintained infrastructure as code solutions, which were essential in achieving consistent, reliable, and efficient provisioning of cloud resources, greatly enhancing our infrastructure management and deployment processes.
In Kubernetes Administration with AWS EKS, I managed and optimized Kubernetes clusters, ensuring they operated smoothly, scaled effectively, and met our operational requirements. This role was crucial in supporting our containerized application deployment and management strategies.
Moreover, I contributed to projects involving AWS Glue, where I developed scalable and serverless data integration solutions. This work significantly improved our data processing and transformation capabilities, enabling more advanced and efficient analytics.
Lastly, I was involved in creating AWS Lambda functions, a key part of building our serverless architecture. These functions were designed to run in response to various events and triggers, which greatly increased our operational efficiency and reduced costs due to the serverless model.
