I am a Senior E-Commerce & Omnichannel Leader and Transformation Leader with 25+ years of international experience in digital commerce, IT, and operations, primarily in luxury and retail, including 10+ years at Richemont. I have worked across 5 continents and 60+ markets, leading global programmes that connect strategy, processes and technology.
My core expertise is the design and implementation of e-commerce and omnichannel operating models, program and portfolio governance, and the optimisation of end-to-end retail and digital operations (order-to-cash, fulfilment, after-sales). I am used to acting both as a Transformation Leader and as an Interim E-Commerce / Omnichannel Director, stepping into complex environments to stabilise, scale or transform operations.

- OMS, PIM, DAM & retail integration: Fluent OMS, PIM, DAM, POS integration, unified inventory and omnichannel capabilities (Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store, Boutique Pick-up).
- Process and data tools: SAP, Celonis, Signavio.
- Analytics & reporting: Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel, Looker.
