I am a Senior E-Commerce & Omnichannel Leader and Transformation Leader with 25+ years of international experience in digital commerce, IT, and operations, primarily in luxury and retail, including 10+ years at Richemont. I have worked across 5 continents and 60+ markets, leading global programmes that connect strategy, processes and technology.

My core expertise is the design and implementation of e-commerce and omnichannel operating models, program and portfolio governance, and the optimisation of end-to-end retail and digital operations (order-to-cash, fulfilment, after-sales). I am used to acting both as a Transformation Leader and as an Interim E-Commerce / Omnichannel Director, stepping into complex environments to stabilise, scale or transform operations.

Key skill areas include:
  1. E-commerce & omnichannel operating models: definition of target operating models, process blueprints, governance and KPIs across brands and regions.
  2. Program, portfolio & PMO governance: portfolio steering, prioritisation, risk and dependency management, steering committees, reporting frameworks.
  3. Process optimisation & operational excellence: redesign of order-to-cash, fulfilment and after-sales flows; stock, logistics and service processes in multi-market, multi-channel contexts.
  4. Change management & adoption: stakeholder alignment (C-level, brands, markets, IT), training, communication and support models to secure adoption of new ways of working.
  5. Performance & analytics: KPI frameworks, dashboards, performance reviews (revenue, margin, conversion, CX, operational KPIs).
On the technical side, I have extensive experience with:
  1. E-commerce & omnichannel platforms: SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Oracle-based platforms, custom J2EE e-commerce and PIM integrated with SAP.
  2. OMS, PIM, DAM & retail integration: Fluent OMS, PIM, DAM, POS integration, unified inventory and omnichannel capabilities (Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store, Boutique Pick-up).
  3. Process and data tools: SAP, Celonis, Signavio.
  4. Analytics & reporting: Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel, Looker.
Delivery & collaboration: Jira and similar tools for agile/hybrid delivery.
