After all the experiences that I have collected so far I wanted to be part of a bigger and already accomplished startup. I wanted to share the experiences I have had in terms of technology, but also learn more about how the business works and what are the key secrets for success.
It is very motivating to make such impact to over 1M people that visit our website daily. After just 6 months I got the offer for the Lead position based on the previous performance and involvement to the company's plans and expectations.
As a Lead developer, I am responsible for recruiting, teaching and onboarding juniors and other new team members. Along with a PO, I prepare contexts for new sprints and make key decisions for newly developed features.

Based on the experiences that I had previously had, I got the job offer to develop frontend for newly organized startup called The Local Water. During that time, we were developing and maintaining a couple of other projects for our clients, but also some internal and open source libraries. The results were high quality, well performant, very optimized and well tested applications. I am thankful for this experience, it was great.
