- talented and experienced business analyst or product owner especialy when it comes to banking (deep kowhow of retail banking from Core-Banking, Zahlungsverkehr, Meldewese, PSD2, Kreditrisk, AML, etc)
- deep know-how of agile software development methods including experience with introduction of agile methodologies in a more "clasic" environment.
