Z/OS DB2 LUW Expert / Cloud Engineer

Two distinct roles undertaken:

Initally employed as a Z/OS DB2 Systemsprogrammer I was responsible for the Installation,support
and upgrade of the Z/OS LPARS along with the ugrades of  the DB2 Mainframe database.
I also supported and performed upgrades on the DB2 LUW Linux systems .

My role required me to deploy Infrastructure changes using Terraform
with GCP as the designated provider. GIT Hub repositories were
maintained and monitored by the GCP cloud Team. All changes
made by various Dev teams as well as SRE Teams would need
to be checked by myself and other team members before being
deployed. I also set up Infrastructure with GCP for the network
components such as proxy load balancers, firewalls, shared VPC host
as well as Kubernetes services.  I have also deployed Cloud SQL
databases and administered IAM for the GCP resources.
I have also set up and used the GCP Monitoring tool and have extensive
experience with GCE, App Engine and Cloud Build.
