1. Led a team of data professionals to design and implement customer analytics solution using NLP(Transformers) that drove 8% increase in customer satisfaction(collective).
2. Implementation of product recommendation of machine parts for ecommerce channel to increase cross sell and help customers identify right parts with ease. Helped to surge interaction with the site by 3% and approx. $1M additional revenue.
3. Educate senior level executives on what analytics can do with the data we have and strategies analytics roadmap to enrich the backlog for future Iteration Planning. Evaluate available data and align with business objectives to arrive at the short and long-term must win battles.
4. Acquire external data to improve / compliment insights generated from the internal data
5. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven retention analysis resulting in increase in repeated customers and reduction in customer acquisition cost.
