Project goal: Transform the way of working of the cash register and store services department,
switching from waterfall to Scrum and Kanban.

Teams: 2 Scrum teams and 2 Kanban teams, all cross-functional with 7 to 10 members

Technologies: Java, Javascript, Mulesoft, AWS, SAP, Jira, Confluence, Miro

Agile coaching of three teams. I helped with the transition from Scrum to a Scrumban model that
allowed the teams to react more efficiently to requirement changes.

Project goal: Migration of the core financial data reporting system from on-premise to Azure.

Teams: Three cross-functional teams, 7-12 members each, consisting of PO, business analysts,
developers, and customer support.

Technologies: Azure, Oracle, Kubernetes, Kafka, Jira, Confluence, Miro

Coached several teams within the enterprise software department. Introduced common agile standards
(Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban) in the department. Assisted in the rollout of SAFe.

Project goal: Complete rebuild of the contract management system.

Technologies: Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Microservices, Java, Spring Boot, .NET, React, CI/CD,
DevOps.
