With nearly 15 years of experience in the B2B software industry, I have contributed to the delivery of software in various roles, including developer, tester, Agile coach, Engineering and Delivery Manager, and Head of Software. I am passionate about the efficient delivery of successful products and am a strong advocate for short feedback loops and empowered teams. My fluency in French and English, combined with my experience living and working in four different countries (Morocco, UK, France, and Germany), enables me to appreciate the benefits and challenges of international teams.

• Together with the company's lead architecture, I spearheaded the modernization of our platform, both from a technical and functional perspective.
• Delivery of business-critical features (integration of Zoom with our main customer, introduction of AI to support the work of our internal clients).
• Coordinate with the HR department to establish biannual feedback and career progression procedures.
