Agile and Delivery consultant

With nearly 15 years of experience in the B2B software industry, I have contributed to the delivery of software in various roles, including developer, tester, Agile coach, Engineering and Delivery Manager, and Head of Software. I am passionate about the efficient delivery of successful products and am a strong advocate for short feedback loops and empowered teams. My fluency in French and English, combined with my experience living and working in four different countries (Morocco, UK, France, and Germany), enables me to appreciate the benefits and challenges of international teams.
As an Agile and Delivery consultant, I help companies optimize their processes to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs effectively. I also provide consulting services, training, and coaching.

I am leading multiple cross-functional teams (development, product management, testing, UX/UI, customer support).

Key achievements:
• Together with the company's lead architecture, I spearheaded the modernization of our platform, both from a technical and functional perspective.
• Delivery of business-critical features (integration of Zoom with our main customer, introduction of AI to support the work of our internal clients).
• Coordinate with the HR department to establish biannual feedback and career progression procedures.

Responsible for the development and delivery  of the different products of ONE LOGIC.

Main achievements:

• Transition of the department from 20 to 70 developers.

• Transition from a monolithic architecture to a micro-service based architecture.

• Culture change within the department, to promote autonomy, intrapreneurship and initiative.
