  • Designed new landscape and redesigned existing MRP, purchasing and sales processes in order to fit to the new design. Worked with Finance to ensure SOX rules are adhered to
  • Setup control cycles in order to utilize KANBAN methodology for replenishing production staging areas (PSAs) from warehouse as well as an external plant via automatic STO’s
  • Designed seven custom EDI IDocs for communicating with NFI-Foursite, the 3PL warehousing system. Worked closely with the NFI team to ensure required fields in both systems are mapped and that all Govt and customer labeling/packing requirements are met.   • Led a team of 3 consultants and was responsible for the entire WM solution – configuration, RF/SAPConsole functionality, enhancements and user-exits as well as test scripts
  • Designed integrated processes for put-away, picking and replenishment via user-exits in order to meet Operations demand of 99.8% efficiency currently achieved with Bin Locator

  • Created functional design and mapping documents for ECC-XI interface in a decentralized WM environment. Worked with in-house Highjump3M team to fit gaps and workarounds in processes
