Healthcare Retail Company - Brazil
Led a project to transform supply chain processes in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Representative achievements:
  1. Reduced annual warehouse stock losses due to expiry dates from 3.5% to 1.8% through the implementation of a new control mechanism to optimize opportunistic deals with manufacturers.
  2. Championed the adoption of critical Supply Chain KPIs and established processes and teams to continuously monitor inbound and outbound service levels, triggering corrective actions, as necessary. Consequently, the outbound service level increased by two percentage points.
  3. Engineered a new safety stock functionality within the existing ERP system, minimizing the occurrences of SKUs either being out of stock or excessively stocked,culminating in a 12% reduction in stock-days.
  4. Revamped the purchasing process for the replenishment of trading goods, transitioning from a highly manual approach to an automated process and resulting in a saving of 2 FTEs and a reduction in manual errors.

  1. Facilitated the global standardization and harmonization of Forecast and Replenishment Processes (Wholesale & Retail) in partnership with central and local stakeholders.
  2. Contributed as Global Process Owner (GPO) for Forecast and Replenishment to the adoption of a European ERP - SAP S4/HANA + SAP F&R Template, with the first roll-out planned in the UK.
  3. Orchestrated a corporate initiative to reduce stock value while maintaining or slightly enhancing product availability across 10 European countries, achieving 130% of the original target (52 vs. 40 Million Euros).
  4. Supervised local initiatives in Italy and Norway that optimized forecast and replenishment processes, resulting in a double-digit percentage decrease in stock-days while slightly increasing product availability.
  5. Managed a global initiative for the adoption of a common KPI across11 European countries to measure Inbound Service Level from manufacturing clients, focusing particularly on shortages.
