Being backed by 2 well-known investors - Holtzbrinck Ventures & Cherry - Talea set out to increase
economy of scale and consolidate the German home healthcare market. To build Talea's B2B digital
ecosystem, I recruited and led 8 highly skilled and exceptionally high performing IT engineers. Talea's
SaaS platform consists of a mobile-first product for caregivers and an ERP web app for the back office
management. Critical success factors have been my careful tech stack and architectural choices as well
as my constant efforts to balance demands for fast innovation (whilst integrating decades-old healthcare
ERP systems), quick iterations, quality and production ready stability.!
