Enhancing the Launch & Change management system globally used by the vehicle plants of Mercedes Benz Trucks. The system is responsible to steer new constructions from the engineering through multiple departments until the new parts/aggregates can be used in the assembly.

My role includes project planning, steering of multiple suppliers that work on the implementation and development of the system as well defining the requirements in coordination with the business department in an international team.

The customer portal of the bank is the central platform for all customers to
access regulatory documents, check their balances of multiple accounts
as well as their current credits. Further they are able to access research
documents.
My role in this project was to define the incident, problem and change
management process as well as to create service reports. Further to create
a concept for the monitoring system as well as to plan and execute the
deployment of new releases and bugfixes in coordination with the development
team.
Last I also ramped up new employees and was responsible for the budget in
our company for this project.
