? development of one new Global Supplier Quality & Development Department

? develop new Supplier Development Department with Quality-, Lean- (Kaizen), cost
processes, database & standards in the operational excellence
? involved projecting (due diligence) to buy new company in India

? develop guidelines together with Logistic & Production for the supplier performance
? analyze the competence of KION in the Material Handling Industry with University Bremen
? develop & organize the first KION Supplier of the Year event in Europe
? development & implementation of Lean processes/trainings/EHS & Quality standards in the production sites (India & China)
? working on problem solving & capacity planning with critical suppliers

 production in (India & Indonesia)
? working on problem solving & capacity planning with critical suppliers in USA & China
? execute internal & external trainings globally
? establish strategies & performance goals for all business units in Energy Environmental
Systems to achieve the different targets
