I am an information security professional with extensive experience in risk, governance, threat and compliance management.  I progressed from systems security engineering to network security engineering and architecture – before moving to information security and governance, risk, compliance & control.    I enjoy operating  at three levels – firstly in analysis, drill down and low level details, secondly the delivery of information security systems, services and capability, operations and projects and thirdly governance and management of technology, security threats, risk, assurance, implementation of frameworks, end to end management of the remediation of technical vulnerability risks and stakeholder engagement.  I am keen to offer solutions, improvement, increased effectiveness and a structured measured approach to remediation of risk and best practice security operations & management.
