Transition Lead, Solution architect, Delivery solution Manager, Project Manager

I started my IT carrer at 2012 and I went through multiple positions from Linux Administrator, Project manager, Operation Manager for different customers to sales sphere, where I am covering roles like Delivery solution manager (responsible for creating solution, preparation of costing, transition&transformation plan, budget, resource plan, risks, etc., focusing on Infrastracture, Cloud, managed services, DC). As key point is not only sale the service, but also deliver in good quality and in contractual dates, after successful deal phase I am involved in T&T phase in role of Transition Lead/ Lead architect. In this role is necessary globall overview about services, which we are ging to deliver and perfect collabation across internal teams/management, customer and 3rd parties. For me the most important is customer, if customer is happy, we are happy and we can bring to company more business and revenue.
