Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Create and align processes of way of working together with team members and two other Scrum Masters. Train, coach and mentor team members and stakeholders including key users to understand and apply these processes for effective & lean collaboration. Coach the PO and team members in their personal growth using a skill-matrix, retrospectives and individual sessions. Facilitate improvements in each team, and the organization by inspect & adapt, living agile values and applying lean-agile practices. Help remove blockers and impediments, directly or by advising the best path to tackle blocking issues or mitigating risks. Enhance and train our Agile Framework that includes practices from Kanban, Scrum, LeSS & other.

Support leaders and POs develop product vision and product backlog, based on active user collaboration. Facilitate decision making and conflict resolution in team, across teams and in organization. Moderate workshops with POs and leadership to help update the product backlog and to clarify the items. Agile Coach for the POs & Lead PO to visualize and align OKRs, targets and next steps.

Leading and facilitating the Agile CoP in Brose Group. This includes coaching & supporting SMs, POs, Teams and Customer Project Managers in their growth and daily work. Help to build a trustful and safe environment where challenges and ideas can be shared/ solved and feedback provided. Support the lean-agile transformation by providing input, training, connecting people and aligning strategies. Create and provide training & specific workshops, update training materials and provide feedback to help in Business Agility & feedback culture and share learnings across brose.

* Coach Scrum Team as Agile Coach, and provide role-specific coaching to SM and PO
* Introduce Agile Way of Working across the enterprise, establish the Agile CoP in BCA
* Conduct trainings about Agile Introduction, Scrum, Kanban, specific training and Scaled Agile

* Lead and train Agile practitioners and team members to increase their Lean-Agile skills and maturity
* Organize experience and knowledge exchange through global network of Agile practitioners at CGI
* Support Business Development with bid responses, innovation tour, presentations and workshops
