Supporting the consolidation of information security systems of Postbank Systems and Deutsche Bank
* Defining and preparing security reports on monthly, quarterly and half-yearly basis - mainly the
Information Security Management System (internal & external) reporting
* Building and defining KCIs for internal and external reporting
* Functional support of projects within Information Security reporting
* Pro-active support of managing project risks and issues and minimise their impact on the project
* Supporting daily business and organisational decisions by building presentations on behalf of senior
management
* Tracking deliverables and programme meeting structures including preparation of post-meeting
minutes and protocols
* Ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, understood and signed off
* Support of business analysis by handling tasks and defining the structure of documentation
* Communication between the requirement office of IT Security and the executing units
* Working proactively on defining new and optimizing existing processes
Achievements
* Creating 7 new KCIs for the repeating reporting on monthly and quarterly basis
* Defining a new PKI-area to adjust to Deutsche Bank requirements
