Managing the FICO workstream for 2.5 years on business side in an S/4HANA roll-out in over 40 countries. Coordination overall project phases including conceptional design, business blueprint, development, testing, training, cutover and hypercare. Global process owners and application owners from the following sub-areas were managed by the FICO workstream: Accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, intercompany, general ledger, management accounting, reporting, credit management, treasury and tax.
