Support
o Supporting Live-Countries (Ticketing system (Jira), supporting with BPs, corrections, …)
o Resolving problems received via the ticketing system (Jira)
o Supporting the locations which are currently in the implementation phase (Data Gathering Workbook, Business Processes, Security, training, …)
Organizations/Reorganizations in the system
o Supporting reorganizations and mass changes via data loads (e.g. EIBs, creating organizations such as companies, company hierarchies, cost centres, locations and location hierarchies and custom organizations)
Integrations
o Involvement in designing and configuring the integration from Workday to SAP (SHAPEiN Smartcases) incl. interface testing
o Overview of the connections between the systems (Workday HCM, Integrations and SAP HCM)
o Communication between functional teams and technical teams
o Ensure that the Reference IDs comply with the agreed standards (Naming Convention)
Prototype Build
o Change business processes to be ready for the new wave testers
o Assign roles provided by locations (currently 23 countries)

o Configure HCM to ensure that the data can be loaded without problems

Familiar with Smartcase tool and SHAPEiN customizing tables
