With more than 400 specialists across Germany and central Europe, the company supports regulated enterprises in building, operating and modernising mission-critical IT environments. Their portfolio includes cybersecurity solutions, secure cloud operations, digital identity services and 24/7 managed infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide 3rd-level support for complex issues across Linux and Windows server environments, virtualisation platforms and secure cloud services
  2. Analyse outages, performance bottlenecks and security incidents, delivering root-cause analysis and long-term improvement measures
  3. Maintain and optimise enterprise systems such as identity and access management, endpoint security tools, backup platforms and monitoring solutions
  4. Support infrastructure change management, including patching, upgrades, configuration improvements and new security controls
  5. Work closely with DevOps, cloud engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure stable and compliant operations in hybrid cloud environments
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, architecture diagrams and incident reports
  7. Act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd-level teams and provide expert guidance
What You Bring
  1. Strong experience with Linux and Windows server administration in enterprise environments
  2. Good understanding of cybersecurity practices, including IAM, endpoint protection, encryption and SIEM processes
  3. Practical experience with virtualisation and container platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Docker or Kubernetes
  4. Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure, and hybrid cloud operations
  5. Familiarity with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash or Python
  6. Experience with monitoring, ITSM tools and structured incident management
  7. Analytical and solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  8. Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
