Beschreibung

For a challenging project in the digital product environment, we are looking on behalf of our client, a leading international company in the automotive sector, for a dedicated Agile Team Coach (f/m/d) who is passionate about guiding an existing team on its journey toward becoming a high-performing, product-driven unit.

Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  2. Proven ability to foster self-organization and ownership within a team
  3. Skilled in facilitating and optimizing agile ceremonies
  4. Strong awareness of team dynamics, organizational structures, and culture
  5. Ability to remove impediments on technical, organizational, or interpersonal levels
  6. Experience in facilitating product vision, sprint goals, and discovery processes
Must Have Skills:
  1. 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  2. Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks (especially SAFe)
  3. Hands-on experience in digital product environments
  4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  5. Proficiency in using agile metrics and driving continuous improvement
Should Have Skills:
  1. Familiarity with OKRs and Lean UX
  2. Experience with systems coaching or cross-functional collaboration
Project Details:
  1. Location: Hybrid – on-site presence required 2 days/week in Barcelona
  2. Start: December 1st, 2026
  3. Capacity: Full-time, 5 days/week
  4. Contract Type: Freelance or via service provider
