Main tasks:

• Application monitoring of critical services to ensure correct commercial and regulatory reporting
• Proactive identification of system issues via current monitoring tools
• Bug review and remediation if impacting system behavior
• Bi-weekly reporting of bugs and resolutions
• Response time and ticket resolution for end-user reported bugs (only if confirmed as bugs)
• No new features, only support
• Initially focused on 2nd level support (1st level handled internally by the client)
• Possibility to run product enhancements if agreed and budgeted separately

Main qualifications:

• Experience in Backend / Frontend
• Knowlege in .NET 6 & .NET 8 (C#), REST API, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Background jobs (Hangfire)
• Knowlege in React, TypeScript
• Experience Infrastructure, Azure, Helm, Kubernetes
