Job Title: Assima Trainer Location: 100% Remote (CET hours) Contract Length: 12 months + 12 month extension Contract Type: Freelance Languages: EnglishProject Focus

Our client is seeking an experienced Assima Trainer to support a major digital transformation programme. You will be responsible for creating, delivering, and optimising training content using the Assima digital adoption platform, ensuring high-quality end-user enablement across multiple business functions.Key Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an Assima Trainer / Assima Consultant / Digital Adoption Trainer
• Strong background in building simulations, training modules, and learning assets using the Assima platform
• Ability to deliver virtual and live user training sessions
• Experience working on ERP training projects (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
• Understanding of end-user processes, UAT, and change management
• Ability to translate business processes into clear and intuitive training materials
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in international environments is an advantage
