Our client is seeking an experienced Assima Trainer to support a major digital transformation programme. You will be responsible for creating, delivering, and optimising training content using the Assima digital adoption platform, ensuring high-quality end-user enablement across multiple business functions.Key Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Assima Trainer / Assima Consultant / Digital Adoption Trainer
- Strong background in building simulations, training modules, and learning assets using the Assima platform
- Ability to deliver virtual and live user training sessions
- Experience working on ERP training projects (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Understanding of end-user processes, UAT, and change management
- Ability to translate business processes into clear and intuitive training materials
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in international environments is an advantage
