Business Analyst (Regulatory, C4U IDEX) – Energy/Utilities

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Regulatory, C4U IDEX) with strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and market communication processes in the German energy/utilities sector. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring regulatory requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and implemented into system solutions.

• Analyze regulatory and market communication processes to ensure compliance and business alignment

• Conduct workshops to gather and validate requirements with stakeholders

• Translate regulatory obligations into functional specifications for system enhancements

• Support solution design and collaborate with technical teams during implementation and testing

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on business processes

• Prepare compliance documentation and support audit readiness

• Act as a liaison between business, regulatory teams, and IT to drive efficient and compliant solutions

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks & market communication in energy/utilities

• Hands-on experience with German utilities market processes

• SAP IS-U experience focused on compliance

• Ability to create detailed business process documentation & functional specs

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Broad knowledge of electricity/gas industry sales and market processes
