Business Analyst & Testing Lead – 12+ Months – Hybrid/Remote – Start: 01.01.2026

For a project with a multinational organization in the energy coordination sector, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong testing leadership expertise to support the implementation of cost-sharing methodologies and ensure high-quality delivery of related IT tools.

• Define and implement cost-sharing methodology in coordination with RCC experts.

• Gather, validate, and refine business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Develop clear and structured requirements documentation aligned with programme objectives.

• Plan and conduct workshops with RSC and TSO subject-matter experts.

• Act as testing lead: prepare test strategy, draft use cases, coordinate testers, and oversee SAT/UAT execution.

• Provide feedback loops from testing outcomes to refine requirements and improve solution quality.

• Perform critical reassessment of requirements and testing results throughout the process.

• Ensure compliance with programme documentation, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Proven expertise in cost-sharing principles and methodologies.

• Strong experience as testing lead, including SAT/UAT planning and execution.

• Knowledge of business analysis techniques (SWOT, BPM, Use Case Modelling, etc.).

• Familiarity with IT tools and testing frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with both business and technical teams.

• Ability to work at both conceptual and detailed levels.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (IT).

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis and testing leadership.

• Fluency in English.

• Availability to travel within Europe and work on-site when required.
