What's the project's context?
Development of a S/4 HANA template with the focus on S2P (SAP MM) and rollout activities.
Description:
We are seeking a SAP Material Management Consultant to support the development of an S/4 HANA template with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and subsequent rollout activities.
Most important/mandatory skills:
- Very good application knowledge in the area of SAP Source to Pay
- Comprehensive process know-how in procurement and purchasing
- Knowledge about pricing condition and pricing schema etc.
- Experience about implementing external tools e.g. FIS-WWS
- Good application knowledge (also technical on Table, Userexits etc.) in the area of SAP ERP/R3 and S4/HANA
- Several years of experience in the execution of project management methods, experience in project implementations
- Very good presentation & communication skills
Optional skills:
- Experience in multi projects and industrial rollouts
Main task/activity:
Drive and lead the Fit Gap & Fit to Standard Workshop. Implementation of the S4 template processes in the entities. Derive IT requests from the business requirements and manage them to testing and acceptance. Provide knowledge-transfer, Cutover & Go Live Support.
SAP S4 Hana template development and roll-out (focus: SAP MM)
Other tasks and activities:
- Actively participate and lead the creation of innovative concepts and IT solutions within the area of S2P
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, considering best practices and Bosch standards
- Organize and lead workshops (fit/gap analysis) as part of various IT projects (i.e. S4 roll-outs)
- Organize, execute and develop required trainings for all involved stakeholders
- Ensure technical support to productive areas, problem solving and elaboration of documentation to support standardization.
- Preparation of Data Migration Load
- Execution of continuous improvement activities for all S2P activities
