Service description:
Our client plays a major role in the Belgian and European energy landscape, building sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and locally on various national and international projects.
The mission consists of:
Support the Program Manager in planning, scope management, budget tracking, and governance.
Act as PMO for initiatives related to the business architecture service.
Assist with methodology definition, data-related missions, and coordination across the OneSAP Infra Program.
Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
Help prepare presentations and dashboards for executive reporting
The service consists of the following tasks:
Support planning, scope monitoring, and budget tracking.
Prepare and organize SteerCo meetings.
Coordinate quarterly and ad-hoc reporting (ABR/QBR).
Ensure alignment across the various workstreams.
Collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders.
Contribute to documentation, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP programs is a plus.
Familiarity with data or business architecture initiatives is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch or French.
Working knowledge of English.
For non-EU candidates: must hold valid Belgian work permit and residence permit.
