Freelance Job Posting: E-Commerce Backend & D365 Specialist
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Technical Specialist (m/f/d) for our costumer focused on the backend design, development, and optimization of enterprise commerce solutions.
Role & Focus
Start: January
Title: Technical Specialist E-Commerce (Dynamics 365 Focus)
Capacity: Approx. 50% of working hours (part-time basis)
Core Task: Design, implementation, and extension of the backend architecture of a leading e-commerce platform, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
Technological Focus:
In-depth expertise in .NET and the D365 SDKs (Software Development Kits).
Solid knowledge of Cloud-based Architecture.
Responsibility: You are primarily responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and optimal performance of the e-commerce systems.
Responsibilities
Handling of the Commerce Architecture (CSU)
Configuration, deployment, and continuous monitoring of the central Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) environments.
Proactive troubleshooting and securing system stability and high availability of the e-commerce services.
Maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation on architecture and customization details.
Requirement: Demonstrable, practical experience in CSU configuration and troubleshooting.
Integration & System Operation
Seamless technical integration of the commerce platform with various systems (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), external services).
Provision of specialized technical support and swift resolution finding for critical system challenges.
Close cooperation with Product, Design (UX/UI), Quality Assurance, and Analysis teams.
