My client is an Insurance company located in Austria, and for their on-going project, I'm currently looking for a Freelance Support Technician (m/f/x) in SAP Concur to join from 2026.

Framework

Roll: Technical Support SAP Concur (m/f/x)

• Start: 01.01.2026
• Duration: 31.12.2026
• Capacity: part time, 1 day/week
• Location: full-remote
• Project language: English (fluent level required)
• Sector: Insurance

Tasks

1. API Integration
* Development of custom integration

2. JOPPD
* Automation of JOPPD export
* Custom scripting/programming for data validation and transformation

3. Travel Module Expertise
* Configuration of Concur Travel - Travel-Expense process linking and workflow customization
* Integration Changes of Version Update 2026
* Integration with GDS systems

4. System & Support
* Support for quarterly Concur releases and regression testing
* Incident handling and root cause analysis

Profile requirements:

* Relevant years of experience in Technical support for SAP Concur.
* Confident in development and customising of SAP Concur APIS.
* Expertise in the Travel Modul and GDS Systems like Amadeus, Sabre, etc.
* Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
