- Technical design and realization of requirements backlog in customer services
- Enhance CRM WebClient UI components using BSP Workbench
- Implement AET-based field enhancements and UI personalization
- Maintain navigation bar profiles, business roles, and Transaction Launcher
- Extend BOL/GENIL object models, queries, and services for Utilities
- Implement custom search objects and model enhancements
- Design and optimize IC WebClient searches for Utilities objects
- Configure search criteria, result lists, and cross-object navigation
- Experience with CRM WebClient UI development
- Experience with BOL/GENIL development
- Experience in Utilities (IS-U) processes
- German language skills
- Fully developed, tested, and documented UI components
- Configured AET enhancements and UI options
- Documented BOL/GENIL extensions and query services
- Optimized IC searches and navigation
- Calculated working days: 350
- Location: Freidberg, Hessia, Germany
- Project period: 27/11/2025 – 31/03/2027
